XFL-Dallas

Daryl Johnston, former Pro Bowl fullback for the Dallas Cowboys, has been hired as the director of player personnel for the Dallas XFL team. 

Johnston, also an NFL analyst for Fox Sports, will partner with Dallas head coach Bob Stoops, former Oklahoma Sooners coach, in building the roster for the new franchise. The club also recently hired former Texas State head coach Chris Woods as its defensive coordinator.

Johnston joins the XFL after a short stint as general manager of the San Antonio Commanders of the now-defunct Alliance of American Football.
